PAPPY HOEL CAMPGROUND LEGAL RELEASE
Please read carefully.
This ticket is a non-transferable, revocable license granted to the holder to attend the Pappy Hoel Campground, (hereinafter referred to as PHC), subject to the following conditions. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to terminate the stay of any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the posted or announced restrictions. Holder grants permission to PHC to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any promotional usage video, photograph or other reproduction of PHC Events.
THIS IS AN IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENT WHICH REQUIRES YOU TO SURRENDER CERTAIN RIGHTS – READ AND UNDERSTAND IT.
Holder voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injuries and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to PHC. Holder expressly releases PHC, its owners, operators, all entities affiliated with the foregoing, and all officers, employees and agents of the foregoing are expressly released by the holders from claims arising from such causes.
Holder hereby, and on behalf of his successors, assigns, heirs, executors and/or administrators, gives up all rights to sue or make any claim for damages due to negligence or any other reason whatsoever against PHC, the promoters, sponsors and all other persons, participants or organizations conducting or connected with this event for any injury to property or person holder may suffer, including crippling injury or death, while participating in the event and while upon event premises. Holder knows the risks of danger to himself and his property while preparing for an participating in the event and while upon the event premises and relies upon his own judgment and ability, assumes all risks of loss and hereby agrees to reimburse all costs to those/persons or organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of holder’s own negligence.
Furthermore, Holder hereby agrees to conform to and comply with the rules governing the PHC. Tent camping is for tents only. Trailers will be assigned to the dry RV areas. Holder further agrees to hold blameless PHC, its sponsors and advertisers, for any loss or injury to self or property, through accident or theft, in which Holder may become involved by reason of attendance at the PHC. Holder also agrees to assume responsibility for any property damage that Holder may initiate. Holder agrees that any and all payments made to PHC or their designees are wholly non-refundable. Holder agrees to release of photographic image for any commercial use.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests, and Staff. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Pappy Hoel Campground. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Pappy Hoel Campground, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
