This is not background music. These are full-scale concerts and high-energy shows that have featured some of the biggest names in rock, country, and outlaw music.
Last year, Full Throttle hosted artists including:

2. Pool Parties, DJs, and Daytime Fun
During the day, the olympic-sized pool area at Pappy Hoel often turns into a full party zone.
Expect DJs, live music sets, crowd games, and energy that builds all afternoon. One of the most popular traditions has been belly flop contests, plus hot tubs for riders who want to recover after long rides.
It’s part beach party, part biker rally, all Sturgis energy.

Why Pappy Hoel Wins the Rally Experience
Even with rotating attractions year to year, what makes Pappy Hoel Campground special is consistency in experience.
You get food all day. You get concerts nearby every night. You get pool parties, rides into the Black Hills, vendor access, and a central rally atmosphere that never really stops.
Some attractions may rotate, but the core experience doesn’t: ride hard, come back, eat well, and stay in the middle of everything.
That’s why riders keep coming back.
**Important note:** While these attractions have been offered at Pappy Hoel Campground in previous years, not all attractions are guaranteed every year. Pappy Hoel features rotating entertainment and event programming, so offerings can change from season to season depending on scheduling, weather, and touring availability. What you get each year is always a curated lineup designed to bring maximum rally energy.
